Shipping Overview

LakeBlankets products are made to order. Exact production and shipping estimates will be shown on each product page before ordering opens, after the product line, supplier, size, and fulfillment route are approved.

Because each blanket is produced after ordering, production time comes before transit time. Holiday and peak-season estimates will be stated clearly on product pages and at checkout.

Production Timing

Each blanket is made to order. Production timing varies by product line and supplier, and the current estimate will be shown before checkout. Woven and sherpa/fleece blankets use different production methods, so their timing may differ.

Shipping

Domestic shipping: Available shipping options, transit estimates, and costs will be calculated at checkout.

International shipping: International availability will remain closed until supplier coverage, duties, taxes, and returns handling are confirmed.

Returns

LakeBlankets products are made to order, and personalized items are created specifically for the customer. The final return window and eligibility rules will be published before ordering opens. Personalized or made-to-order products may not be eligible for returns based only on buyer preference.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or materially different from the approved order details, the customer should contact support with the order number and clear photos so the issue can be reviewed.

Replacements

If a production or shipping issue is confirmed, LakeBlankets will resolve it according to the policy shown at purchase, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Personalization Review

Personalization is reviewed for legibility, format, and protected or official-sounding names. Orders may be paused if the personalization appears to use a club, association, marina, organization, official mark, or trademarked phrase without permission.

Address Changes And Cancellations

Address changes and cancellations can only be requested before production begins. Once a made-to-order blanket is in production, changes may not be possible.

Policy Status

Orders are not open yet. Final shipping, return, replacement, and cancellation terms will be reviewed and published before any product becomes purchasable.
